Chef Track — A Career Building Program

Chef Track is a part-time, fast and affordable program. Tuition is just $7,950 which makes Chef Track the most affordable professional culinary program in Colorado.

Chef Track meets just 15 hours a week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. This schedule lets you keep your full time job while earning your diploma.

For 15 weeks, you work side-by-side with one primary instructor and several the best area chefs and caterers. This part-time culinary program offers a unique opportunity to cook and network with many different chefs. You learn first hand from chefs who have "made it". Chef Track won an Innovation Quotient (IQ) Award in 2001, presented by The Boulder County Business Report.

This is a challenging hands-on program, requiring focus and dedication. There is no general curriculum (English Composition, Western Civilization, College Algebra, etc.). However, in Chef Track, you will need solid academic skills to graduate.
